RhythmBoxing is a challenging workout that consists of a combination of boxing and Eastern martial arts techniques to popping music. You only train on a kickbag (not against each other). During the lessons, the specially trained instructors pay a lot of attention to technology and safety. The punch and kick techniques are a great way to work on your fitness and strength, burn fat, strengthen the muscles of the abdomen, buttocks, legs and your entire upper body.

BBB stands for Belly, Legs and Buttocks. These are exactly the three body parts that especially women like to tackle. These body parts are central to this effective workout. With this workout you can give the muscles in the abdomen, buttocks and legs a bit more tone (tension), so that your body will look tighter in these places. Fat Attack

During the Fat Attack, many aspects of other classes are covered! For example, there will be varied training with, among other things, the kickbags, steps, mats and weights. The aim of the lesson is to increase your heart rate so that you train as much as possible during the 60 minutes in the so-called fat-burning zone.

Power Pump

Power Pump is a powerful fitness workout focused on muscle strengthening and slimming while maintaining muscle mass. With a step, mat, bar (the barbell) and weights, you train all muscle groups in a series of exercises: legs, chest, back, triceps, biceps, shoulders and abdomen. Power Pump is suitable for both men and women, starting or advanced, because you determine the weight choice yourself!
