Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga has a positive effect on your organs, immune system, muscles and joints. In a Yin Yoga class, postures are held for 3-5 minutes while the muscles are relaxed so that the connective tissue in the body is stimulated.

Vinyasa (Core Strength)

Vinyasa means “connection of movement and breath.” The teacher prepares you for challenging postures through a creative series of asanas. The vinyasa yoga poses are interconnected – during this exercise you will transition smoothly from pose to pose while building up physical strength, endurance and flexibility.

During this lesson, the ancient Yoga tradition from the Far East is combined with the more Western Pilates philosophy. During Yoga classes it is mainly about increasing flexibility, and more about stability during Pilates.
